I really enjoyed my stay, especially because I was just a few steps from the vibrant Magnificent Mile and the beautiful Millennium Park, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. it was a pleasure to unwind in a clean room designed with a modern touch after a day of sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine at nearby restaurants like Lou Malnati's Pizzeria and RPM Italian.

Convenient location, but not without hassles

Had plans to stay here for a weekend getaway, but it turned chaotic. After driving 5 hours, we found the street blocked, leading to a frustrating 30-minute search for parking. Proximity to great restaurants and a lively bar scene was a plus, though.

The location was perfect for exploring Chicago. everything from Navy Pier to restaurants is within walking distance. My traditional king room was well-designed, but I noticed some issues like an old mattress that felt too soft for my preference. Overall, despite minor hiccups, I appreciated the modern vibe and the comfortable atmosphere for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Only one was operational during my stay, which slowed things down at busy times. Valet parking confused me initially. I had to figure out where to park since there wasn’t a clear area for guests. Getting my vehicle back from valet was a hassle. I felt like I had to beg for my key back at one point. Also, I didn't receive housekeeping service during my stay, which added to the inconvenience. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere and the staff's friendliness made it enjoyable.
